What is PayPal?

PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account.
As an eCommerce seller we have used PayPal to process hundreds of payments from people just like yourself, and in three years of using PayPal, we've never heard one word from any of our customers on their credit card being misused.
IS PAYPAL SECURE?
Yes. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.
When you compare the options of using PayPal versus giving your credit card number over the phone, you just can't go wrong with PayPal. Giving your number over the phone is SO much more dangerous than giving your number to a super secure environment like PayPal. Lets say you make 12 purchases over the phone in the next year, and let's say 5 people, at each place you called, have access to your number. That's 60 people with access to your credit card number. That's why PayPal is a great option for making your credit card payments! They're the worlds largest online credit card processor (12 million registered users), and 2.2 million online sellers accept PayPal. The ONLY problem you could possibly run into is that they make it easy to spend your money! The GOOD part is... no crooks will be spending it FOR you!
DOES IT COST MONEY TO SIGN UP FOR PAYPAL?
No. It is free to open and send money using a PayPal account.
No fees for you, and my fees ARE modest, which is one of the reasons we're able to sell to nice people such as yourself.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Just use the quick, 1-page signup form to open your PayPal account. Have all your info together before you get ready to sign up! PayPal's a REAL secure environment, and their system kicks you out pretty fast.
