When you place an order with AMS Collectibles, or join our mailing list, you are guaranteed that all information you provide will be secure with us. Your AMS Collectibles Order is encrypted and transmitted to us using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). |
Our web site is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. This ensures that any personal information, including address and credit card information that you send to us from the web site order form will be encrypted.

II. How much does it cost to Ship my order ?
USPS is our standard shipping carrier. The shipping charges are calculated by the actual weight of the items being delivered to you, and by your preferred choice of delivery service. Orders being delivered to any destination in the United States are delivered viaUSPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. A small handling charge is applied to all orders.

International orders are shipped using USPS Air Mail or USPS Global Priority Mail or Global Express (EMS). We use the USPS International Postage Rate Calculator to determine the shipping costs to your country. International rates provided at checkout are estimates only. It may be necessary for us to contact our international customers for additional funds before shipping an order if our estimated shipping charges are below the USPS Air Mail Letter Post shipping rates. If our estimate greatly exceeds the Air Mail Letter Post shipping rate, we will refund any overpayment.
:: Please note that the customer is responsible if any duties & taxes are imposed by your country at your country's border. Custom fees are very common. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. For more information we suggest that you contact your local customs office before ordering.
* Very important - If you deny the delivery of a package due to customs fees, please understand that you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping to and from.
III. Tracking your Package You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail the day that your order leaves our facility. This e-mail will contain your tracking number (if available) along with a link to the tracking website for your package. Please note that the US Postal Service does not offer package tracking for USPS Air Mail or USPS Global Priority Mail, so these shipments will not be trackable.
IV. How long before I will receive my order ?
In most cases (99.9%), your order will be processed and will leave our facility within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your order.
Days in Transit Days in transit are Monday through Friday only. Saturday, Sunday and National holidays are not considered days in transit. Also, the day that your order leaves our facility is not considered a day in transit.

V. Do I have to pay sales tax ?
Only if you live in the State of Virginia. Sales tax is required when online shoppers live in the same state where the retailer has a physical "bricks-and-mortar" presence. Because we're located in the State of Virginia, we have to charge 5.0% sales tax on all orders shipped to Virginia addresses.

VI. What's your return policy ?

Return Policy
1) We must be notified of the
return within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
2) The product
must still be in
MINT FACTORY SEALED CONDITION. If a child
opens a toy, plays with it and breaks it, we cannot accept it back. If opened
and/or un-sellable merchandise is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct
up to 50% from your refund. If the item's factory seal is broken, we cannot
accept the item back. Please pack your returns carefully.
3) If the return was due to an error of ours (for instance, we
accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all
shipping costs related to the return. When shipping back the incorrect item to
us, please use USPS 1st Class Mail or
Priority Mail. If the package is too large or very valuable, please feel free to
contact us so that we may arrange the return. Your credit card will be refunded
for the shipping, or refund will be issued by check or money order.
4) If the return is
not due to an error of ours
(i.e.- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the
buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a
10% re-stocking fee will
be deducted from your refund.
5) Package returned to us marked
"Refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise, are subject to a
20% re-stocking fee
(This is solely to cover our losses from charges we incur when this happens).
If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly inputted address,
amscollectibles.com is completely not responsible. We have no control over
addresses typed on the checkout pages. Please make sure you have typed in the
correct address.

Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of us receiving the
product back. During the holiday season, please allow up to two weeks
for a credit to be issued. Please don't
forget to include your order number with any return! |

Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been processed - usually the
next business day. During the Holiday Season
Dec. 12th thru Dec. 25th we cannot cancel orders once they are placed.
