30 Day Return Policy Whatever the reason may be, AMS Collectibles is happy to accept returns for an exchange, store credit, or refund unless otherwise stated. We cover all shipping for exchanges or store credit! That means no risk shopping for you.
For return authorization, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt of item(s). Item must be in unused/unopened new condition with all retail packaging. All shipping covered for exchanges or store credit. Original & return shipping not covered for refunds. Refunds will be given in form of original payment. Any items not returned as part of kits or package deals will be considered a retail purchase and not refunded.
If the return has not been pre-authorized or the item does not include all retail packaging (this does not refer to bubble wrap, shipping box or similar), a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Exchange only on all clearance items. Shipping not covered on clearance item exchanges. For store credit, standard shipping charges will only be applied to credit regardless of original shipping method. Priority and Express shipping available for additional cost for all exchanges.
Shipping damage to and from AMS Collectibles is not covered. Insurance is offered at an additional cost during original purchase. You may insure the package at your cost for all returns and exchanges.

Return Policy 1) All returns must be pre-authorized. We must be notified of the return within 7 days of your receipt of the product(s). 2) The product(s) must still be in MINT FACTORY SEALED CONDITION. If a child opens a toy, plays with it and breaks it, we cannot accept it back. If opened and/or un-sellable merchandise is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% from your refund. If the item's factory seal is broken, we cannot accept the item back. Please pack your returns carefully. 3) If the return was due to an error of ours (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please use USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail. If the package is too large or very valuable, please feel free to contact us so that we may arrange the return. Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping, a refund will be issued in the form of check or money order. 4) If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e.- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 5) Package returned to us marked "Refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise, are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee (This is solely to cover our losses from charges we incur when this happens). If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly inputted address, amscollectibles.com is completely not responsible. We have no control over addresses typed on the checkout pages. Please make sure you have typed in the correct address.

AMS Collectibles' Cancellation Policy Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been processed - usually the next business day. During the Holiday Season Dec. 12th thru Dec. 25th we cannot cancel orders once they are placed.
